2. Consultancy & Advisory Services

When we consult on your organizational culture, we're providing expert guidance based on years of kiln-tested experience. We don't just offer theory; we offer structural integrity. However, the final implementation of any culture design remains the client's responsibility. We provide the glaze; you provide the kiln temperature.

3. Workshop Safety & Materials

Our ceramics-themed team workshops involve hands-on material play. While clay is safe, we use professional-grade tools that require focus. CeramiXion provides all necessary protective gear. Participants must follow safety protocols. Don't worry, no one's lost a thumb yet.

• Workshops must be booked 14 days in advance.
• Cancellation within 72 hours results in a 50% firing fee.
• Materials are subject to availability of specific clay bodies.

4. Intellectual Property

The specific frameworks we use for 'Culture Design through Ceramics' are proprietary to CeramiXion. You're free to use the results within your team, but please don't start your own competing clay-culture empire using our specific workshop manuals. Fair's fair!
